Maneesh Shanbhag, CFA

Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer

Maneesh Shanbhag is responsible for research and the investment process at Greenline Partners. Maneesh oversees the management of customized portfolios of equities, fixed income and commodities for institutions and taxable families as well as advising them on asset allocation and manager selection. Prior to Greenline Partners, Maneesh was on the account management team at Bridgewater Associates, who managed over USD 150bln for the largest sovereign wealth funds, pensions, endowments and foundations.

Maneesh has an MBA and MS in electrical engineering specializing in semiconductor physics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, is a CFA Charterholder, and lives in New York City with his wife and two children.

Peter Joers, III


Peter is co-founder of Greenline Partners and is responsible for client advisory. Prior to Greenline Partners, he was a Client Advisor at Bridgewater Associates, where he worked with some of the largest public pension plans and endowments on improving the risk adjusted returns of their asset allocation and active manager portfolios. Prior to joining Bridgewater, Peter was the President of Bank of America, Washington, a more than 6,000 employee organization. He began his career with the firm 12 years earlier as a Managing Director with Montgomery Securities in San Francisco. During his career at Bank of America he managed a wealth management practice for US Trust working closely with some of the nation’s wealthiest families advising them on tax efficient portfolio management and risk management, trust and estate planning, engineering offsetting exposures to private assets and liabilities, private asset acquisition and financing, and advancing family office best practices.

Peter has served on numerous boards including the University of Washington's Foster School of Business, Greater Seattle YMCA, Washington Roundtable and the Seattle Art Museum. Peter has an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BA from the University of Washington.

John Snyder, CPA


John Snyder has 36 years of investment experience working with individuals, families, pension funds and endowments. Prior to joining Greenline, John founded Coastal Range Investment Management. John spent 10 years at Bank of America/US Trust working with family offices on portfolio construction, risk management and estate planning. Prior to his role at US Trust, John was head of equities with Kennedy Associates, managing equity portfolios for pension funds and nonprofit organizations. John is a graduate of the University of Texas with a BBA in finance, and the University of Houston with a MS in Accountancy, after which he started his career as a CPA specializing in taxation for a former “Big Eight” firm.

John is active in the Seattle community and currently serves as the Vice Chair of Rainier Scholars, a local organization offering a pathway to college graduation for motivated, low income, children of color. Since its inception in 2002, Rainier Scholars has tutored and counseled over 500 children, beginning in 5th grade, with 150 now attending highly selective colleges and universities.

Henry Park


Henry is an analyst at Greenline Partners working in trading, portfolio analytics and investment operations. Prior to Greenline, Henry was an analyst working on portfolios at Fisher Investments, a $40bln investment management firm in San Francisco. Henry also spent time at a technology start up in New York, where he was a data analyst involved with strategic finance and business operations.

Henry holds a bachelor's degree in Economics with an emphasis on Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. In his spare time, he volunteers as a mentor at Minds Matter NY.

Grace Krivonozka


Grace manages all things financial at Greenline Partners and therefore is part of ensuring the company’s financial controls and procedures are functioning properly. Her responsibilities range from managing the daily finances to implementing company policy. Over her 25 year career, Grace has worked in the retail, legal and medical industries helping businesses establish and maintain the proper foundation of controls and processes.

Grace is a graduate of New York University and is an MD from Stony Brook University. When she is not working or cycling, she is actively involved in a variety of community service projects including tutoring underprivileged children in math and science.
